Delivery charges are for all UK Mainland Postcodes. People in remote areas shall not be penalised with additional charges, however delivery time scales may take longer.

Please Note: You will only ever pay a single delivery cost for your order. Regardless of the number of items in your order. The cost of this single charge will come from the item with the highest delivery cost in your order.
How will my package be delivered?
How we get your goods to you will vary depending on factors such as the size of the parcel and where it needs to be shipped. Below we will go into a bit more depth about which types of parcels fall into each category and what information you need to know about each type.
On a general point across all tiers it's worth noting that orders that contain multiple goods do have the possibility of coming from different suppliers and potentially not being delivered all at once.
Examples: Toilet seat, basin taps, shower head
For delivering small parcels we tend to use a courier service such as DPD or TNT. It is likely these packages can be tracked to give you a more accurate time of arrival.
Medium & Large Parcels
Examples: Freestanding bath, shower enclosure, toilet
When it comes to any item marked as medium or large, we opt for a specialist courier. Given the fragile nature of some bathroom goods using specialist couriers greatly mitigates the risk of your goods being damaged during transit.
Depending on what you have ordered you may need to have two able bodied people available to take the package in. Our team will specify through email if you do require more than 1 person on site to accept delivery. It is also worth noting that the delivery driver is not insured to take the goods into your property.
Unfortunately, specialist couriers do not offer tracking with their deliveries and due to this we highly recommend that you have someone available between the hours of 8am – 6pm to accept the delivery.
Examples: Special or premium products
If the item you have ordered is particularly fragile, an abnormal shape or you have placed a large selection of items. Could be shipped on a pallet or dedicated courier. Usually sent from a specialist courier and can't always be tracked. We do however try to give customers a call prior to delivery on the day.
We would recommend having 2 people on site. Our sales staff will make this clear to you when you confirming your delivery.
Best practices for accepting deliveries
Try to keep these points in mind when you are accepting deliveries. This will ensure that your experience is as smooth as it can be and make it far easier to return the items in the unlikely case something goes wrong.
- If you have arranged for a third party to take your delivery and sign for it on your behalf you agree to advise them to check all goods on your behalf.
- Once the products have been delivered you have 2 working days to check and ensure that you have received everything in your order and that the products are in good condition.

Where do you deliver?
Our delivery service covers all of UK mainland with no penalties for living in Scotland or in any remote areas, it might take us slightly longer to get it there but be assured we definitely will.
For any deliveries to the rest of the UK but not on the mainland, please just contact us and we can price a delivery option for you to suit your order.
Orders that are placed out with the UK are reviewed on a case by case basis. In the past we have delivered products all over the globe from Hong Kong to Barbados.
